Throughout the existence of the model Lamborghini Gallardo, its standard engine was subjected to constant revision. As a result, Gallardo engine evolved from the 493-horsepower 5-liter V10 to modern lightweight 5.2-liter engine capacity of 562 horsepower.
Despite the popularity of the Italian supercar among tuning companies, it had never been through the experiment by the firm Heffner Performance. American masters used all possible resources to squeeze out the maximum Gallardo, and the results shocked even the developers themselves. Power of the final product was 1750 hp, which is about 3 times more than the model LP 570-4 Superleggera. Heffner Performance has not restricted on the most high-Tekov modification. Standard V10 5 thousand cubic meters practically built anew, setting CP pistons 10: 1, connecting rods from Carillo, custom camshafts, new cylinder heads, enlarged exhaust and intake valves, a dual fuel pump, new intercooler and injectors, and most importantly – the two turbines Tial 50mm valves. This is reflected in the following way: acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h takes 2.5 seconds, to 200 km / h – 6.5 seconds and to 300 km / h – 21.4 seconds. The length of 400 meters the car runs for about 8.7 seconds and a top speed of over 400 km / h.
