Any tips on keeping yourself in shape and healthy?

I guess, as any model, I follow a strict diet – low in carbs and in saturated fats. I don’t go to the gym, but I do exercise with outdoor activities – such as biking and walking. I’ve been also following intermitent fasting.

What are some of your most memorable jobs?

I’ve been a professional since I was 16 years old but I only went pro after I got done with school. Since then I’ve won the Miss Brazil Universe contest, a very important title for me, and one that I am very proud of – which consequently brought me a lot of visibility and recognition.

A little after that I was invited to become an ambassador for ANUBRA – UN’s branch in Brazil who deals with sustainable development.

Professionally as a model, I’ve been around the globe, mostly the US and Europe. I shot for Vanity fair, Vogue and Maxim. I also did some work for brands really personal to me, like Missoni and Salvatore Ferragamo – as well as a lot of lingerie and bikini brands also from Europe and the US.

Any lyrics, poem, citation that you live by?

I love Johnny Cash, I guess you could say I’m an old soul. I like “Heart of Gold”, which talks about spending your life looking for good hearts. I also like The Beatles and Cazuza from Brazil.

There´s this piece of music from Lulu Santos (brazilian artist), re-recorded by Preta Gil, that goes:

“Time flies today, love.

Slips through our hands

Even not feeling it

There’s no clock that ticks back in time, love.

Let us allow ourselves…”

Just beautiful!

Is there anywhere you would like to live for a while? Where and why?

Yes, the US. I love America. After living over there and then spending some time in Europe, I wish I could go back tom y two favorite places in the world – New York City and Miami – heart of the world.
